A mixed methods evaluation of T1D services in Northwest Queensland, Australia: What works, what does not work, and why?

This research will focus on Phase 1 of the co-design process: understanding and clearly defining the issues (Figure 1). It will provide the foundation for the subsequent two phases that develop solutions and assess the implementation and sustainability of a future model. This is imperative for the scaling up of similar models of care (MoCs) to other remote regions in Australia and globally.
