This proposal will enable the purchase of cutting-edge single cell genomics-associated equipment including cellular spatial transcriptomics mapping (the Visium CytAssist), single cell flow sorting (BD FACSymphony S6), and rapid DNA sequence prototyping for regional areas (MiniSeq), used in combination with the world-leading single cell genomic analysis available within the Ramaciotti Centre for Genomics.
