Description
Hematoxylin and Eosin (H&E) stained histopathology images provide important clues for diagnostic and prognostic assessment of diseases. However, artefacts and variations such as inconsistent stain colors may significantly hinder the diagnostic process. This project aims to develop novel AI models to normalize the histopathology images and extract medically relevant information from them to assist the diagnosis of brain tumors, breast cancers and lung cancers.
