Artificial Intelligence for Operational Excellence and Investor Returns in Strata Management

The project will investigate how advanced artificial intelligence can streamline key operational processes in strata management, such as communication handling, compliance, financial administration, maintenance coordination, and customer service—to reduce labour intensity, improve service consistency, and strengthen firm-level profitability. By analysing existing procedural inefficiencies and testing AI-enabled workflow redesign, the research aims to develop an evidence-based model showing how technology-driven operational improvements can enhance scalability, resilience, and investment performance. The project ultimately seeks to demonstrate how AI-supported transformation can reposition strata-management businesses as more efficient, lower-risk, and more attractive assets for institutional and private investors.
