    Description

The Australasian Society for Human Behaviour and Evolution (ASHBE.org) was formed in 2018 to promote the study of human behavior through an evolutionary lens in Australia, Southeast Asia and the South Pacific. We are a small but growing society with over 30 active members at all levels from undergraduate to full professor, and a broader membership of over 100 people across Australasia. We seek funding to support our 2019 conference. This conference will welcome submissions from participants at all career stages, and will include a workshop session in the afternoon to encourage researchers (particularly students) to develop skills and interests in new areas of evolutionary approaches to human behaviour.
