Australian Astronomical Optics Macquarie University node (AAO-MQ)

AAO-MQ, recently established as a department within Macquarie University’s Faculty of Science and Engineering, is a 47-staff project-focussed organisation offering bespoke product development services on a commercial basis to the global astronomy market. With unique and broad capabilities covering the full development cycle from concept initiation, design, manufacture, assembly and commissioning. RAAP funding will be used to underpin business development activity and build and support a team dedicated to creating, nurturing and driving active relationships and commercialisation partnerships between the AAO-MQ/AAO-USyd and NSW industry & academia.
