Project Details
Description
The NHMRC Centre of Research Excellence (CREDiH) in digital health commenced in 2018 and builds on the work of a previous Centre of Research Excellence in e-health directed by Professor Enrico Coiera (2011-2017). Investigators in the CREDiH come from Macquarie University, Bond University Limited, the University of Melbourne, UNSW Sydney, University of South Australia, The University of Sydney and CSIRO.
CREDiH brings together the major Australian centres of health informatics research, with the support of the Australian Digital Health Agency and the Australasian College of Health Informatics. Together this community of researchers and front-line service providers will tackle the fundamental challenges that impede the creation of truly safe, efficient and effective e-health services for both clinicians and consumers.
