Description
In this project the student will, 1) Develop and optimise the smallscale
production of chelator (DOTA) functionalised Miltuximab using stochastic or
site-specific labelling techniques to reproducibly create functionalised antibodies
with up to three target chelator-to-antibody ratios; 2) Develop and deploy the analytical techniques required to characterise the functionalised antibodies; 3)
Undertake the radiolabelling and radiochemical characterisation of at least one of
the functionalised antibodies and 4) contribute to the in vitro and in vivo
assessment of the functionalised antibodies.
