    Description

Applying psychological and communication theory, this study aims to co-design and pilot a text message program (ENDOTEXT) to support the mental and physical health of individuals living with endometriosis (consumers). Our multidisciplinary team of experts in health psychology, public health (text) messaging, endometriosis management, and clinical gynaecology, will co-design with consumers a large bank of text messages focused on providing information about endometriosis management, healthy lifestyle behaviours (e.g., diet) and mental health support. Following successful piloting of the automated text messaging program, we will collaborate directly with Endometriosis Australia to implement ENDOTEXT to the wider population of Australians living with endometriosis.
