Project Details

Description

This project will validate technically, clinically, and economically a contrast free and non-radio-isotope lung pulmonary perfusion (PP) scan, resulting in improved safety and efficiency imaging of a range of vascular lung disease, such as Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Interstial Lung Disease, pulmonary hypotension and pulmonary embolism.
4DMedical (Medical Device owner) want to trial their equipment (Imaging for the lungs) in I-MED Radiography facilities, and MQ’s involvement is to collect cost data, conduct the cost-effectiveness analysis and publicly report on the outcomes of the cost-effectiveness analysis, which is often used by healthcare policy makers to make funding decisions.
