Extant literature does not sufficiently address the way in which CX can be assessed within novel channels, such as the emerging metaverse platforms. This represents a significant theoretical and practical opportunity since consumption within the metaverse is predicted to grow rapidly. This project aims to unpack the important attributes of metaverse platforms perceived by customers, and a way to measure metaverse CX.
