Design Strategy to transform back-end system design in reinsurance

In this project, University of Sydney and Swiss Re will work to enhance an online tool that has been used to facilitate the placement and processing of facultative reinsurance. The tool has provided benefits for smaller transactions in facultative reinsurance, but it is outdated and does not allow for the personalisation, workflow optimisation, and security governance structures that are increasingly common in the digital space. The project will enhance user design and product deployment within the context of the organization’s strategy development.
