Development of a novel digital clinical safety climate survey and improvement cycle for use in complex digital health settings

This project will deliver a clinical safety climate survey specifically tailored for digital health organisations along with a complementary process for addressing identified weaknesses. It will consist of two phases: 1) development of a new Digital Clinical Safety Climate Survey in partnership with the Telstra Health Clinical eSafety Maturity Assessment Working Group (Phase 1); and 2) design and pilot of a follow up improvement cycle (Phase 2).
