Description

Develop a short Concept Paper outlining key questions to answer in developing a reinvestment mechanism for the NSW Government to support justice reinvestment initiatives in Indigenous Communities in NSW. The Paper will draw on existing NSW budget frameworks, JR NSW research reporting Community JR initiatives and consultations and broader public finance literatures to identify a framework specific to NSW and to JR NSW.
