Project Details
Description
This investigation aims to generate and articulate new knowledge about the enactive experience of movement and rhythm in virtual reality (VR), and the skills and tools VR producers use to shape these. This will be significant to understanding how VR catalyses empathetic engagement, and how, in turn, VR acts on users differently to cinema to shape perception of narratives, alignment with characters, and embodied experience of time and movement dynamics.
