Evaluating and Optimizing Energy Portfolios: Insights from NEM Participants

This project aims to analyse the profitability and behaviour of participants at the portfolio level. By studying various portfolio types, the project will identify the optimal combination of generation technologies and operating strategies that maximize producer returns while minimizing risks and costs. It will provide insights into the behaviours of different types of market participants, helping new entrants make informed investment decisions and enabling existing participants to optimize their portfolios
