Evaluation of BlockChain: Meat Protection Trials Case Study

The research aim is to evaluate the Aglive supply chain traceability solution (blockchain) for achieving the objectives of traceability from paddock to plate in the Red Meat Industry. This will include the opportunities and potential benefits as well as the challenges, barriers and risks. The research will use a conceptual framework developed from the literature to evaluate the Aglive trials. The conceptual framework will evaluate the strengths and limitations of using blockchain in the supply chain for achieving the objectives of traceability and transparency using stakeholder theory.
