Project Details
Description
The project will examine the NewAccess adapted program, from the perspective of young people aged 12-17, their carers and relevant service providers.
The evaluation will assess the present offering of the program, in relation to the requested feasibility, acceptability, effectiveness, efficiency and safety, and proposes to scrutinise potential for the program to be scaled up to all headspace centres. Its aim is a comprehensive understanding of the program from multiple stakeholder perspectives with a focus on the specific age-group of the clients, headspace policy and practice frameworks and logistical implications of scaling up the program within existing headspace service delivery context. The project is focussed in Griffith and Wagga Wagga, as well as the surrounding rural and remote areas serviced by the Headspace centres in those regional locations.
