Exploring enablers and challenges in supporting young bicultural and bi/multilingual children's identity and inclusion

The pilot project involves interviews with a small number of local Early Childhood Education (ECE) settings to have staff of young bicultural and bi/multilingual children provide perspectives on:

I. What they consider to be enablers (supports) and challenges (barriers) from their experiences in facilitating young bicultural and bi/multilingual children’s identities and inclusion at ECE settings;

II. Their classroom and setting practices, approaches and pedagogies that are culturally and linguistically inclusive and responsive, and potential areas of challenge and improvement.
