Project Details
Description
This project aims to better understand which types of reverberant environments boost or interfere with speech understanding in human listeners. We aim to investigate how short (seconds)- and long-term (minutes) exposure to an acoustic environment influences our ability to utilize spatial cues i.e., where a sound source is in the space, for speech understanding and sound localization.
