Glycan profiling of cancer derived small extracellular vesicles for cancer diagnostics using surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) nanotags

This project aims to develop a sensitive and effective approach to simultaneously profile multiple glycans expressed on the surface of cancer derived small EVs, for identification of unique glycan signatures for cancer diagnostics using surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) nanotags in a single test, without complex isolation steps for cancer diagnostic.
