Aims
1) Confirm whether tetrodotoxin is present in common polyclad flatworms in south-eastern Australian habitats
2) Identify the location and concentration of tetrodotoxin in polyclad flatworms and whether the chemical is stored in specific cells or organs
3) Use bioassay-guided fractionation techniques to pose possible ecologically-relevent roles of tetrodotoxin in flatworms
