Description
An RCT evaluating the effectiveness of a telephone-delivered intervention to improve the dietary intakes and behaviours of people with AMD. The intervention included 1) an evidence-based resource and workbook on nutrition and AMD links, and 2) monthly calls with an accredited practising dietitian for four months. The control arm received usual care (off-the-shelf resources).
