Improving Health Care and Responsibility in Australia’s Places of Alternative Detention

This MQ Consilient Partnership Seed Fund project seeks to bring together academic, industry, and non-profit sector experts to share existing knowledge on health care provision within the detention network, and particularly in Alternative Places of Detention (APODs), to examine how a concerted research program can be developed to generate publicly accessible findings, regarding access to justice for immigration detainees.
