Improving the likelihood of translation of novel degrader technology for the treatment of MND

Novel drug design enables the specific disposal of proteins that cause neurodegeneration. These drugs are called Degraders and must be carefully designed. This project aims to identify drug targets from the neurons of patients who have lived with MND in order to rationally design a novel degrader with high chances of working in patient neurons.
