    Conduct Customer Surveys and Interviews: Design and execute surveys
    or interview protocols to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback from

    Interpretation: Analyze survey responses, interview transcripts, and other
    customer data to derive actionable insights. Use statistical tools or
    qualitative analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and actionable
    recommendations. Competitive Analysis: Research and analyze
    competitors in the SaaS industry to understand their offerings, strengths,
    weaknesses, and market positioning. Use competitive insights to identify
    opportunities for differentiation and improvement. Feedback Analysis and
    Reporting: Prepare reports or presentations summarizing research findings
    and actionable recommendations. Communicate insights effectively to
    stakeholders across different teams within the organization. Quantitative
    Analysis: Work with large datasets to perform quantitative analysis and
    extract meaningful insights using tools like Excel, SQL, or statistical
    software. Ethical Consideration and Compliance: Ensure compliance with
    data protection regulations and ethical guidelines when collecting and
