Literary analysis of the work of refugee and migrant authors of the French and English languages that intersect with queer identifications and explorations of social class. Current authors studied: Ocean Vuong in relation to class/queerness in texts by Edouard Louis and Didier Eribon and mourning in Roland Barthes.
