Description
Although the pharmaceutical industry in China has been developed rapidly in the past decade, it is still unknown what role leadership plays in shaping the current and future development of China's pharmaceutical industry. This contracted research project aims to investigate the impact, mechanisms and boundary conditions of maximizing leadership effectiveness in China's pharmaceutical industry via a mixed-method approach including multi-wave field surveys, interviews and field experiments.
