Description

While navigating the recent pandemic, many employees resigned from their jobs or had intentions to quit, in search for more meaningful jobs that would uplift their work-life balance. This study aims to understand the reasons behind the great resignation and its subsequent effect on the gig economy. The questionnaire is designed to identify the role of these three constructs – psychological contract breach (PCB), organizational cynicism (OC) and failed I-deals on a persons intention to quit.
