Description
Smart Green Cities aims to be at the forefront of research that will underpin transformational change that will create healthy, liveable, nature-rich cities that deliver long-term societal benefits. The proposed MQRC will expand on the current Smart Green Cities (SGC) themes of green and blue infrastructure, sustainable cities and smart technologies to also incorporate sustainable energy, human health and well-being, and sustainable investments and governance. This multidisciplinary approach will bring together researchers from across all four MQ Faculties, with expertise in environmental science, engineering, computing, human health and well-being, urban planning, governance and finance.
