Description
This discussion paper highlights the multiple issues facing the aged care workforce, many of which have been revealed by the COVID-19 crisis in Victoria, and discusses the conflicting perspectives of many of these issues. The Roadmap provides an agenda for future research to inform policy and decision makers.
