Description
We proposed to develop an easily accessible online calculator that can help residents and their informal carers make better accommodation payment decisions when entering residential aged care. The project will seek to use the resident’s financial information collected through the combined assets and income test undertaken when people enter residential aged care, to model an optimal accommodation payment decision from an income and wealth perspective.
