Program Evaluation: Workforce engagement and career planning for parents: An explanded pilot in the Victorian Public Sector

The overarching purpose of the evaluation project is to provide recommendations for the Victorian public service relating to the Grace Papers program. The evaluation will focus on the introduction of Grace Papers program at Department of Education and Training, the Department of Health and Human Services, Victoria Police and the Victorian Public Sector Commission and the adoption of Grace Papers program at the Department of Environment, Water, Land and Planning. The critical element of the evaluation is to focus on the impact and changes in participants’ attitudes towards their parental journey and career aspiration and the implementation of Grace Papers.
