    Description

    This project aims to design, deliver and evaluate a model of care that allows people with cystic fibrosis to receive approximately half their outpatient care in their own home. The model is supported by telehealth, meaning staff and clients do not need to travel, which may lead to increased satisfaction as well as cost savings for individuals and the healthcare system
