Shared Leadership in Maternal and Newborn Health Program in Indonesia

This OSP project aims to develop a research partnership between Macquarie University and the Lembaga Demografi at University of Indonesia. The study will investigate the importance of leadership factors in improving maternal and newborn health program in Indonesia. More specifically, it investigates the concept of shared leadership among stakeholders involved in health program to improve maternal and newborn health. The study can be used in various contexts in which the programs may involve a culture of collaboration within the community. The project will have outcomes in terms of working papers, referred journal articles and a research proposal.
