Sound as as emerging technology to monitor biodiversity across seascapes

This research project addresses a critical enabler for continued large-scale marine
conservation and restoration projects; efficient and effective monitoring. Here we seek to
investigate sound (passive acoustic monitoring) as a novel, emerging technology with
potential to efficiently and effectively monitor marine biodiversity across broad spatial and
temporal scales
