Start Up Wollotuka is expected to meet all 3 ILC outcomes as well as increase participant: job readiness; employability; self-determination; skill identification; empowerment; networks and; self-efficacy.
Start Up Wollotuka is also expected to change employer attitudes about people with disability in the workplace and encourage local employers to employ young Aboriginal people with disability.
