Project Details

Description

The purpose of this work is:
 to consider the prevalence of, trends in, and factors contributing to student stress in senior secondary schooling in NSW, particularly for the achievement and award of the Higher School Certificate (HSC) credential.
 to develop an independent evidence base about student stress to underpin the broader program of senior secondary policy work, and to identify potential areas for improvement.
This evidence base will inform and underpin the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)’s broader program of work about potential policy changes to senior secondary curriculum, assessment and credentialing settings.
