Description
This study collects data about the successes of Australian books in markets around the world over the past ten years, to inform strategies for sustaining international interest in Australian books for the long term on the part of authors, agents, publishers and funding organisations. Note that this study includes a broad range of books including literary works, genre fiction, children’s books and more. Our interest is in mapping out rights sales to uncover patterns of overseas market interest in a range of books including highbrow, lowbrow and in between.
