Supporting materials for patient safety culture measurement

To support local monitoring of patient safety culture in Australian hospitals, the Commission is developing a toolkit which includes a short validated survey for regular monitoring, along with an implementation guide. For this work, we developed content for the measurement toolkit to be included on the Commission's website, as well as a technical specification document for the Australian modification of the HSOPS 2.0.
