2019 MRFF Australian Parkinson's Mission (APM)
The APM is a MRFF-funded mission that is led by the Garvan Institute. The APM is a collaborative initiative, with the University of Sydney the major academic partner at the time of commencement. APM provides a collaborative framework for the undertaking of multi-site Investigator-Initiated Clinical Trials (IICTs) in Parkinson's Disease. As of Oct 2024, there are two active clinical trials - APM001 and APM002. In April 2024, the Principle Clinical Investigator Professor Simon Lewis relocated from USyd to MQ.
