Description
Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) affects the individual’s freedom to think, work and live happily. It is estimated that 1% of total Australian are experiencing this. However, currently, there is no a reliable clinical test to diagnose the ME/CFS. This leads to the uncertainty and failures in treatment administration. In this project, we will use our recent research findings to develop an easy-to-use and affordable diagnostic tool relying on quick blood test and computer-aided analysis that will help doctors to quickly identity the CSF and monitor how patients respond to treatment, allowing for more personalised care.
