Nowadays, Tehran stock exchange investors are faced with the concept of risk and uncertainty much more than a
few years ago, and this uncertainty has a direct influence on investor behavior, and will change it gradually. In
comprehensive words, investor behavior is dependent on several factors. Whereas, the authors intension in this book about the term “investor behavior” is on investors understanding of environmental uncertainty and strategic investments. So to speak, investors knowledge level of modern scientific theories (theories such as prospect theory, cumulative prospect theory, real options theory and behavioral finance topics) in terms of environmental uncertainty. That is to say, in case the investors believe the economic environment (the investment environment) is uncertain, should have inclination to learn new ways of strategic investment under uncertainty logically to relatively optimal behavior to achieve desirable profit without any damage to the economy, furthermore help to Iran’s economy developing and grow.
