Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method of an electrochemical aptamer sensor for nodularin detection. The preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively preparing a functionalized carbon-containing transition bimetallic oxide nano material and perovskite by adopting a calcination method and a hydrothermal method; precious metal particles are prepared through an oxidation-reduction method and originally grow on perovskite, and the precious metal and perovskite/functional carbon-containing double-transition metal oxide nano material is obtained through chemical bond bonding. After a double-block Y-type probe is synthesized in vitro, cDNA2 and the double-block Y-type probe are sequentially dropwise added to the surface of the electrode, and the double-block Y-type probe/cDNA2/precious metal perovskite/functionalized carbon-containing double transition metal oxide nano material/gold electrode is prepared. A double-block Y-type probe/cDNA2/precious metal at perovskite/functionalized carbon-containing double transition metal oxide nanomaterial/gold electrode is used as a working electrode, a silver-silver chloride electrode is used as a reference electrode, a platinum wire electrode is used as a counter electrode, and the content of nodularin in a sample is indicated through peak current signal change. The electrochemical aptamer sensor for nodularia toxin detection is obtained. Compared with a traditional instrument for detecting the content of nodularin, the prepared electrochemical aptamer sensor has the advantages of simplicity in operation, low price, rapidness and portability.
