SOLUTION: An information processing program makes a computer execute processing for extracting a person from a video obtained by photographing a prescribed area in a store, tracking the extracted person, specifying actions of the tracked person in the store, specifying a first action type reached by an action of the tracked person among a plurality of action types regulating a transition of a process of actions from coming into the store to reaching purchase of a commodity in the store, determining whether or not the tracked person moves outside the prescribed area, and specifying whether the tracked person purchases the commodity or leaves without purchasing it on the basis of the first action type in the case of determining that the tracked person moves outside the area.
