SOLUTION: In an information processing system configured by connecting an information processing apparatus and a plurality of cameras so as to communicate with each other over a network, an information processing program to be executed by the information processing apparatus is configured to: analyze a video obtained by imaging the inside of a store to identify relationships between a store clerk and a plurality of customers; specify a customer who is served by the store clerk, out of the plurality of customers, on the basis of the relationships between the specified relationship between the store clerk and the customers; group the customers so that the customers served by the store clerk belong to different groups; and associate the grouped groups with behaviors of the customers to which the customers belong.
