Abstract
本文以城市经济学、产业经济学和可持续发展理论为指导,结合克拉玛依市的实际,对我国石油城市可持续发展的现状和能力进行了研究.本文在分析了石油城市自然生态状况和社会经济发展状况的基础上,提出了石油城市是经济可持续发展道路的政策建议.“十二五”及“十三五”期间面临的一系列机遇和挑战,如何扬长避短,走出一条独具特色的可持续发展道路,是摆在石油城市面前的一道难题.
