Abstract
Objective: To systematically review the research progress on the preference of targeted therapy for cancer patients with discrete choice experiment, summarize the factors affecting the selection of targeted therapy for cancer patients, summarize the experimental design and analysis method information, and provide evidence support for shared decision-making in cancer treatment. Methods: Based on "precision medicine" "targeted therapy" and "discrete choice experiment", the relevant papers of database inception to Feb. 2020 were searched in CNKI, WanFang data, PubMed and Web of Science databases.A total of 286 articles were preliminarily obtained, and finally identified 13 articles for a systematic review according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. Results: Effectiveness was identified as the most important attribute that affected cancer patients' preferences for targeted therapy in 7 articles, while risk, copayment, or drug administration method were identified as most important factors in other articles. SAS was most used in experimental design and conditional logit and mixed logit were most used in analysis. Conclusions: There is no study on Chinese cancer patients' preferences for targeted therapy. The lack of local evidence calls for future research to provide evidence for the application and improvement of clinical targeted therapy.
