Abstract

采用超临界CO2制备姜黄素羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物,以增加姜黄素在水中的溶解度.利用单因素法和Box-Behnken响应面设计法以溶解度为评价指标优化包合物的制备工艺.结果表明,最佳制备工艺为包合温度57℃,包合时间2h,压力24MPa,药物与羟丙基-β-环糊摩尔比0.96∶1.所得包合物中姜黄素溶解度为34.24 μg/ml,约是原药的400倍.差示扫描量热分析结果表明,药物与羟丙基-β-环糊精形成了包合物.
