본 발명은 태양전지 배터리 일체형 디바이스에 관한 것으로서, 제1 전극; 상기 제1 전극에 대향하는 제2 전극; 상기 제1 전극과 상기 제2 전극 사이에 위치한 전해질; 상기 제1 전극 상에 형성되는 페로브스카이트 소재의 광흡수저장층; 및 상기 제1 전극 및 상기 광흡수저장층 사이에 구비되어, 전자수송층 및 정공수송층의 기능을 선택적으로 수행하는 광변색(photochromic)물질을 구비하는 광변색물질층을 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a solar cell battery-integrated device, which includes: a first electrode; a second electrode opposing the first electrode; an electrolyte located between the first electrode and the second electrode; a light absorption storage layer made of perovskite material formed on the first electrode; and a photochromic material layer provided between the first electrode and the light absorption storage layer and including a photochromic material which selectively performs the functions of an electron transport layer and a hole transport layer.
